After looking at this and reading the reviews for a year, I finally decided to buy it and I'm glad I did. My one cat spends all his time in the top cubbie, my other cat in his cave I placed on the middle shelf. Took me 4 hours to assemble by myself, but I needed my husband's help at the very end. I recommend using an electric drill. The only issues I had with the assembly was with the doors. The pre-drilled holes do not match up so you have to use your best judgment.
A great finished product, bad directions

We are really happy (and more importantly so is our cat) with the finished product. It's sturdy and looks really nice. The directions were very poor and the video instructions were also not helpful since the product differed slightly from the video. Final product required some sanding to make the door close smoothly. Not bad.

All pieces arrived well packaged, nothinf was damaged during shipping. There are no instructions, just a sheet showing all pieces you should have. The QR code takes you to poorly translated video instructions.
The side panel with vents had the holes drilled in the wrong spots so it didn't line up with the shelves. I contacted the seller and was told "it's an installation error" and I should watch the video to learn how to put it together correctly. My husband drilled new holes in the side panel and we were able to make it work.
There are some small gaps where panels and shelves attach to each other.
The hinges are much too strong for this application. The door could use a stopper on the bottom to keep it from going in too far. The screw for the door knob was not long enough, so we had to find a replacement. The front plexiglass sheet has a 2" X 2" star crack in it.
Customer service responded fairly quickly but was not very helpful.
I do think it's a bit overpriced for the quality & modifications that needed to be made just to get it put together.
All in all, it's an okay enclosure and will serve its purpose to keep our small kitten away from our other cats until she can get her shots.
ETA: adding one star for customer service.
The seller offered a partial refund. They were very willing to try and fix the problem. I sent photos of all the problems & the numbers off of the box.

Good purchase but feel, for what I got $465 was a bit much, Feel $350 would be more reasonable. Back panels don't match in hight until husband pounded one down.
I Got this for my chonky old girl who is 7. She has been urinating on my rugs, bed, furniture and clothes for years now and the vet says there is nothing wrong, she just does and I was on the verge of tears and my sanity with cleaning my things. She has gotten some arthritis in her hip as of the last 6 months and my youngest cats have started to trap and torment her and she can't move well ( she loaths all other cats in my house, even the ones that where there 1st,) So, this was the solution for her and myself. I actually love this product and wonder why I didn't try to buy it or the larger unit in the first place. I do have a larger cat weighing it around 10-13 lbs so it is a bit tight but need. My cat is an older cat who is starting to show her age. We previously had her in a cheaper cat condo. This one is surprisingly nice. The directions are only images but I've done a tone of build yourself furniture so it was really no issue aside from forgetting to peal the plastic on both sides over the clear sides. I will say we had to add our own left over hook latches due my cat and her trouble making nature that would make sure the door closes close and tight. She is still getting use to a smaller space but again it's what she needed. We did move the stair ladder to the outside cause she never used it and it's a good way to get her to climb over from her cat tree on top of we decide to put a bed or her food up there away from the dogs.
