Difficult to figure out. We still havent figured out how to do a manual setting to cook at a certain temp and for a specific time. We just pick a setting thats close to what we are cooking and restart unit if we need to add more time. Everything we have cooked has been delicious. Easy to clean and looks nice on counter.

We purchased this toaster oven as we live in a tiny house and needed something small that wouldn't heat up our small area. Not long after a year of use, our food started not baking through evenly and eventually started burning/ turning black on the bottom but not being done inside or on the top. Mind you, we use this machine a LOT for baking breakfasts, bread, desserts, some dinners, etc... 6 days a week, so if you use it rarely, you might not see this happening anytime soon.
The description stated there was a 4 year warranty and I will say I am SO IMPRESSED with the customer service! They acted quickly on sending out a new unit and we are back able to bake our bread and other meals! With so many reviews on other products (not this one) saying others customer service was horrible, I just had to be sure I left a review for a product and company that couldn't have done any better. Signed a very appreciative customer!

i love my toaster oven BUT i have found it very difficult to find step by step instructions on how to select the programmed function(s). i believe the "directions" included are insufficient. i'm able to make things happen on a computer but unable to interpret the oven's directions! maybe it's me - it's my first appliance like like this. help!!

Good small kitchen appliance

This oven has about the same internal volume as a standard microwave oven but with smaller counter-top footprint, which is a welcome surprise. The stainless steel outer shell is smudge resistance, and keeps cleaning minimum. It comes with a number of convenient accessories. When in use, the outer shell is hot except the handle bar which is cool to touch. There are 10 preset programs that give you some useful starting points. I tried pizza and fries presets and the pizza one is quite spot on with my receipt for regular oven (450F, 15 min) but I dialed down a bit to 420F, 12 min without any preheat. You can easily dial up and down on temperature and time with the right knob before or during cooking. One thing though as a precaution about the interior dimension. Due to the protruding rotisserie brackets that are near the center rack, 11.8 inch stainless pizza pan is the maximum size to use (attached photo to illustrate). Overall this is an excellent addition to my kitchen.

An amazing oven. A bit confusing at first to use, but overall does a great job. Air fries very well. Cleaning is easy, and the oven light is really helpful. Manual needs to be proofread and be much more detailed. I'm sure there are more features that are not shown or explained. Example: using the rotisserie, Warranty registration included a free cookbook only if you paid 7.99, which would be refunded? However, the price was reasonable.
