Ok...I'm not one to leave reviews, but I HAD to on those one. I've worked out with almost every sweat belt and vest imaginable. But I finally decided to try this suit and Sweet Baby Jeezus was I sweating like a prostitute in church. I was already sweating a lot, in just the weights portion of my workout. I literally could not put my arms straight down cause sweat literally poured out. So much I had to clean the floor. But then I got brave and continued on to my cardio. There was no way I could finish. Sweat was flying out way to much for comfort, especially with people on the treadmills to each side of me. I had to stop. I couldn't walk around without leaving a trail. I had to get a lot of paper towels to clean up. On my way out, I made sure to walk fast so the trail wasn't so bad. This outfit works. I know today was just my first time using it, but it was enough to make me come post a review. Hopeing its dueabke enough to last for a while. I highly recommend. Just be sure to be very hydrated....and have a mop with you. 😆

it definitely makes you sweat and works very well my only complaint is that the butt area of my pants ripped but i'm not wearing them anywhere but my house so i just patched them up with some duck tape. i was also doing a pretty strenuous workout so that was probably the reason. other than that they aren't extremely comfortable but it works well and does the job!
