Helped my disabled family member.

I have a family member who is unable to get out of her chair due to a disability, and it hurts her for us to help her out of her chair. With Tuffcare, we can help her go from her chair to her bed without hurting her. The sling can be moved around her body with very little movement on her part, and the machine lifts slowly so that we can ease her into the lift, and also lower her comfortably so that we can adjust the sling when needed. The only problem we've had is that one of the ball bearing assembles at the pivot point of the lift-arm broke, but I messaged the seller on Amazon, and he express-mailed several ball bearing assemblies to me so that I could replace the broken one and have more on hand if needed. I'm impressed by the lift, the sling, and the customer service.
