I wrote an earlier review but it was not posted, I am guessing because it was not a very good review. Here is an update...the first unit I received was damaged. The company was very good to work with and made it right. The second unit was in good shape but the float and shut off valve did not work very good, I had to monitor and shut off incoming water. I purchased an inline pressure regulator from Amazon, installed, and cranked it down to 25psi. Unit works perfectly now. Saves a bunch of $$ in the summer months.

Arrived a little later than the original date, then was held up an extra day by fed ex to inspect the package. It had been re-taped at some point during transport. Once it arrived I unpacked it and noticed a small dent on the bottom front corner, but didn't affect the operation. I used a 5 gallon water bottle for my supply and a 5 gallon bucket for my drain. Once set up and turned on, the ice maker went to work immediately. The first few batches were a little watery, but from then on it made quality ice. It made the bottle of water into ice within a day. Then held a portion of the ice for 24 hours. We turned it off on a Sunday and when I came home from work the following Monday i was able to fill my cup with ice. Overall we are pleased and impressed with the unit.
