These insoles made my work day much easier with all the walking I do I will be buying again when it time to change old out of my shoes.
These coupled with carbon fiber insole = magic

Update: these really work but if you have severe plantar fasciitis issues, Morton's neuroma, side foot pain, or metatarsal issues (top of foot pain) then you need to get a pair of carbon fiber flat inserts to go UNDER these. That's the magic combination. 1.2-1.3mm carbon fiber insoles for most people and if you're extreme pain then maybe a 1.6mm carbon fiber but 1.6mm is really stiff so most would do well with the 1.2, especially for sports to hiking, running.
The carbon fiber plate is flat and prevents foot bending the wrong way and toe over bending. It's like putting a steel shank in any shoe. Then this Walkcomfy comfort support orthotic goes over that.
There's you're therapy right there. It's the golden answer to your prayers for for healing and relief.

Original Walkcomfy only review:
I just got a pair and am trying them out in extra wide Skechers mens sneakers.
I replaced the stock insole with these.
The built in metatarsal pads are really great because who wants to fumble with the removable ones with the sticky bottoms, and you might not place them correctly.
The high arches caught my attention, and the heel to mid section is nice and stiff, but padded. If the main part of the orthotic is not stiff, it can contribute to top of the foot pain, something that those super soft memory foam inserts totally can cause, by allowing the upper part of the foot to get crunched the wrong way by not providing the under foot stiffness and support that is needed.
This is the highest arch that I have ever experienced in an orthotic. This might be a major part of what was missing in other products that I have tried.
I also like that the heel has a cup of sorts to help with plantar heel pain.
I wish I had pads like this a few years ago. They might have prevented the debilitating pain that I have suffered these last few years.
I am under no illusion that these will "cure" my foot condition, but having to face the prospect of post pandemic returning to a lot of NYC walking as part of a daily commute, and I need something on my side in this because I was seriously considering resigning from my job and looking for new work that didn't require walking, but that would come at a price in salary, benefits, and pension, so I hope to be able to resume when I have to.
I also have knee issues so if these can help with taking some pressure off that area, through padding (shock absorption) and more support, then that would be great.
I'll come back and update pro or con later.
I hope another review that I read about some guy only being able to hobble short distances and now being able to resume hiking was a legit review because that gives me some (hopefully not futile) confidence.

I get pain In heel and by the inner of my right arch of foot. I stand all day at work. I purchased this insole and at first, I thought oh no this hurts... but I thought I need to give it a chance.. I laid down w sneakers on with insoles. It actually helps reduce some of the pain. I will have hours of feeling good. Then I get pain no matter if my foot is on ground or in air. Lol. I try to lean inward to the inner of foot that will help sometime lean outter. I naturally have wear or lean to outer.. look at your shoe soles to tell if onside is leaned on more to know what I mean. I had other plain memory foam insoles before but this one helps me alot. I do recommend it.
