I must wear mine around my neck because I black out with no warning and need the fall protection. However, the part that holds the string came off and would no longer stick, so I had to glue it in... so I will not be able to use the clip. I am not too worried about that tho for reasons stated. It is easy to set up and start using right away. Customer Service is very responsive and helpful. However, the unit is a bit bulky and heavy... I'm hoping they can make a smaller, lighter unit. Also, in California, cell service is not always guaranteed during a brownout or when they willynilly cut power to cell towers... so that could prove to be a problem, but that's on California, not ThrivePRO.

I bought the purple and it is no where near as vibrant a color as it shows and it is not a colored metals but, though a good one, it is a sticker.

since I have used this now for a long month.... still do not know how this will handle a fall... and I hope I never do! But this is comfortable to wear. The magnet to keep the cord is good, but it needs to be stronger. getting up and down the pendent dangles as I am bent over gett up and down and the cord get caught over my arm. as I stand up the cord gets yanked by my arm, comes in clasped and I have to bend over to get it. when I remove it myself and just pull it over my head.
If the company reads this, please make the magnet in the clasp stronger.
