Adhesive didn't stick underneath my cabinet, but there are holes to drill it in. I live in an apartment and can't drill holes so this didn't work out exactly the way I planned, but I ended up sticking it upright on the wall near my sink and have never had an issue! Highly recommend this product!

Best thing about this one is the curve on the end that holds the roll in place . This replaced a straight one because our rolls would constantly fly off. Only downside is the screws that come with it are too long for standard cabinets so we had to buy shorter ones
