After installing we used it for about 6 months and it started leaking. Not from connection but from seal between two plates that create shower head. In couple days they send me new one to replace. Good customer service.

I can honestly say this is the best shower I have ever taken. The rain shower is unreal. Beyond happy with this shower!
Only problem is the LED control panel won't work. I bought this in February but just got it installed this week sir to the bathroom renovation taking longer than expected. Everything works great except the LED controller and I can't find replacement parts.
Any help from the manufacturer would be awesome.
