...This company literally bent over backwards to make this right for me. I worked with Lexi in the customer service department who was very professional and understands how customer service is supposed to work, which in this day and age is hard to find. After the review I wrote above they worked with me to make things right. In the end they sent me a their top model at no additional cost to me. I would definitely recommend you buy from this company. My only suggestion based on my experience would be to go with their highest end Humidor, as this is the one I found works amazingly well.
Have tried for a month now using the instructions I was given and the moisture level will not go above 62% which will not work for my cigars.
