These trays are truly fantastic!
I love the lids that keep water from spilling in the freezer and the cubes themselves are extremely easy to remove and use.
The cubes are a bit on the medium size but I'm probably just used to the large cube trays of past that were far less effective.

Ice-maker broke. Bought these trays. Sears wanted a fortune to fix ice maker. Ice freezes just as fast in these trays. Just a twist and ice falls right out in nice unbroken cubes. Refill and put them back in the freezer. Always plenty of ice for the two of us and an occasional guest or two.

I like these better, I bought those silicone bottomed ones, after a couple of weeks, the silicone cracked. I got this cause most good quality plastic doesn't crack in the cold, these are exactly that..The ice cubes come out easily, no cracking on the bottoms and love the varied colors.

When I got these trays and found out the lids don't close tightly, instead just resting on the trays, I was ready to dismiss them as a bad purchase, but first, I wanted to at least try them out.
Having done so, I was pleasantly surprised.
The cubes come out very easily, requiring very little twisting, and there is no water overflow during freezing.
If the lids closed properly, this would be a 5-star product. As is, they're not suitable for long-term ice cube storage, but for daily use, at least, they work great.
