I bought these this March and they worked great. This month they stopped working. I tried resetting, changing the batteries but no luck. Can someone help me?

Single button Does not come w/the right instructions. AFTER an hour of "billable" time, I did this. 1. push rear program button on remote, LED comes on. 2. Pushed front button once for YELLOW door opener LEANER button. 3. THEN since there are NO other keys to press to get out of PROGRAM MODE, pressed rear program button again to get out of program mode. 4. THEN followed instruction on the Door opener for pairing. WORKED first time after that.
LEARNED this after trying both remotes, changing batteries, resetting entire door opener, remote will work once in program mode don't be fooled it won't work a second time, reading reviews, trying to find videos, GOING to their website which is for Automotive Remotes. etc...
PLEASE INCLUDE THE RIGHT INSTRUCTIONS.... some of us are doing this for jobs, billing becomes
