I think these brushes are very nice. People have written crazy things about them, so I don't understand their comments.
The flat wide brushes are not as wide as written in the ad, but I love them, they work great. The fan brushes are fairly worthless unless maybe you work in water colors, which I don't. I work mostly in oils and acrylics.
The brushes are smaller than I thought, but they still work great! The thing I like most is the variety, you just never know when you need a certain brush for the best results.
Over all, this is a great set for a decent price.
Don't believe the negatives some write.

It looks like a much more expensive set. It's really nice and comes on a nice case inside of a nice box. It's for my friends Christmas so I can't tell how he'll like the actual brushes but there is a nice variety of brushes that I think he'll love!
