Company reached out and offered to send another heating element to replace the broken one. Came quickly and was in perfect operating condition. Because of the customer service, I would buy from Hopekings again.:
Double fryer lasted about a dozen uses. Contacted customer service and was told item out of one year warranty about one month.
Their suggestion was to take it to a neighborhood repair center. The item is riveted together, how is anyone supposed to take it apart.
Save your money and buy a better, more reliable product
