Ok so first off, I have to use cut proof chain mail gloves anytime I scrub it. EVERY single edge is "slice you're knuckle to the bone" razor F-N sharp. 2nd. You'd better have at least 30amp service to the outlet if you plan to plug both fryers in. And if you only plug in one"¦ be prepared to trip some GFCI's if you have anything else drawing power from the same general use 15amp circuit. So I ran 20amp service to the outlet in the back right corner of my bbq hut (see picture) and it worked for about 30-40 uses over an 18 month period and today, the temperature control board started popping and smoking. So she's done"¦ not bad for $80 I suppose. The 2nd fryer has never been used"¦ so I'll just run that till she blows.

Heats up fast. Does not have a mark for oil level like in description. Temp control needs to show temp to get right temperature. Have to use thermometer to make sure oil was hot enough. Lids don't fit when basket is in fryer for storage
