The push button combo/key lock is great for quick access.

This lock is easy to set up by following the instruction or just google for how to install video. I used it on my side door as we always forget to lock it. You will need 4 AA batteries and then set your password. The manual says the batteries will last up to a year, which is not bad. It comes with a backup key. We have been using the auto lock feature some weeks, it's relieving that we no longer need to worry if we forget to lock our door again.

First, I'm a locksmith with over 35 years in the business. I have seen many versions of combo locks on the market. I realize that not for much more, you can go with a name brand, but on that note, I've seen issues with the name brands, just like the off names. First, this lock was easy to install. Second, the setup was a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it is easy.

My use is in a shed (man cave) that is going to house my CO2 laser and other projects. So, I didn't need an expensive unit. Now, the lock side is a little light duty for my taste, but like I said, this is going in a heated shed. The key cylinder isn't as good of quality as the name brands, but they cost $20 to $40 bucks more, so this is too be expected, especially for a import lock. The electronics side is all plastic and it is black. I wish they would have made it out of a mix of metal and plastic.

Second, I am returning it. Not because of quality, but because of I found a better unit by the same company, for the same price.

Please note, someone mentioned that the motor wasn't strong enough to pull the bolt back. Well, that is a installation problem, not a lock problem. My unit worked perfectly, once I read all the instructions and caught a note that I missed referring to lock handing. I am a firm believer, if it takes more than 2 fingers to lock a deadbolt, the the install is incorrect. I have fixed way too many deadbolts because customers force the bolts in and out. So, if you need to force your deadbolt to lock, they you need to fix that before install any of the electronic combo locks. And if you don't want to fix your existing installation, don't bother buying any combo lock. And this includes having to lean or lift or jiggle a door to lock your current deadbolt.

This is a decent combo lockset. If installed properly, it is a nice alternative to the more expensive name brand locks. The only thing I cannot attest to is longevity. It was in the door only a couple days.

East installation & set up. It works great, battery life is long & makes getting in and out of the house easy.

This gadget has saved so much time. It is great not having to dig for keys especially if your hand are full. Also it enables you to give access to your home when needed without providing a key.
