These are a little difficult to tear off of the roll, especially at first. But it's a mild inconvenience and I'm okay with it since the price is cheaper than other brands I've found. They clean well and dry quickly. The wipes are large so after wiping my mask I also use them to clean my inhaler and nasal spray bottle which is convenient.
Works well for daily c-pap cleaning.

Wet enough to cover entire mask, cushion and some of the straps and tube opening. I have no idea whether it actually "disinfects"or not, but seems to be keeping the gear clean. Of course I have to soak the tube in soapy water once a week or it starts to smell (and taste) bad. But I use one sheet of this every night to clean the face and some of the head gear.

It dies the job well. But as many said, like many cloths rolled up in a plastic dispense container, you end up removing the top and pulling it apart by hand. But otherwise. Great value for the money so I don't mind the hassle.
