Grappling mates gives you the ability to practice and perform grappling techniques, such as, submissions, leg locks, knee bars, ankle hooks, ground-pound training etc.
• •WARNING: The item is sold in the incomplete form (unfilled/outer shell ONLY). According to our survey, stuffing could be frustrating for many folks. 37% participants either found stuffing to be difficult or preferred to buy a stuffed dummy. However, please do note that, if you decide to fill-up your dummy yourself, then it may not look identical to one shown in the picture, because those are professionally filled.
