It works very well as far as keeping my massage table covered, and is an additional barrier for my heating pad and table skirt. It gets slightly discolored I think from the table heater. Still for the price I will buy this again and often.

This table cover, which is 7", deep fits great over my table which, as pictured, has full length foam, lambs wool and a heater on it. It is an electric table that is 31"W x 74"L x 6" deep - with all the layers on it and I still have extra room in the cover so I have no doubt that it will cover my larger manual table. Its is softer and quieter than the disposable table covers I used before which would also rip. I posted the pictures because of all the negative reviews which said it was too small or too loud and I found neither to be true and I'm extremely picky about my table. I would definitely buy this again. I'll update this review after a few months if anything changes.
