Power: 10/10
Using a standard crappy archery target, this thing managed to shoot clean through, through a piece of half inch plywood, and into the drywall behind it. I've not yet had the chance to try hunting with it, but i can send broadhead clean through the same target.

Accuracy: 9/10
At the longest range i can manage in my own house, it seems pretty good, though the scope it comes with isn't very good. Still, probably good enough to hunt with at fairly close range.

Assembly: 9/10
Goes together simply, but annoyingly. The bolts it comes with have a threadlocker on them which is really annoying, making threading in the bolts something of a pain, even if there's only 3 of them, getting out a driver is a good idea.

Speed: 8/10
Pretty good, the fact the rope cocking notch is inside the hole in the stock is annoying, but not hugely so. If using that, i'd suggest tying a few knots in that rope so it's not so long, or perhaps just hooking it over the stock instead.

Overall: 9/10
Even if i've not had it very long, i'm very impressed with it's power, and it's trigger isn't bad, but it isn't good either, it's smooth at i'd guess around 6lbs, but you cant really guess the break point. I'd say it's a bad trigger, but not horrible. I'd happily recommend this to anyone looking for a good starter crossbow to hunt with, as the power is excellent for the price point, and the all in one kit is quite nice. That said, i did have to tie several large knots in the rope cocker so i could easily cock it, though i am rather short, and used to hand drawing crossbows.

I bought it for my son, it's his first crossbow and he loves it, we shot it in after I put it togeather and he has taken it out several times, staying sighting in soo far

I like the crossbow. It's sturdy and fits well in my shoulder. It was easy to put together. It seems well thought out in design.

If I have any complaints it's with the weight and where they placed the quiver. But honestly I don't know where else you really could have put it.

I need to get a sling for it. I imagine it would make carrying it easier

Bought this as a sample run, my state just opened hunting with crossbow for all ages. So I got this to try an see if actually like hunting with it. Kinda like the thrill of old fashion bow so I didn't want to invest a whole lot.
-1st this is vary accurate. I was grouping bolts so tight I've already had to re-fletch all the bolts. Holding 1inch group at 55-60 yards sinking the bull eye.
-2nd I am a short dude I have th cocking string just as short as I can an it's almost at the point to we're it's to high to fully cock.
-3rd is kinda loud, but the speed makes up for it.
4th quiver is junk an that's bout the only thing I really can complain about rest is kinda expected
Would deff buy this cross bow again. Actually looked into buying another one for gf son but he's to short to fully cock.

My son convinced me to take up bow hunting with him several years ago and we both purchased a Stryker 380 cross bow back then. Last year, my son's bow had an issue that took several months to get parts and have the repair made, and he barely got it back in time for bow season. My nephew also uses a cross bow to hunt, and he had to purchase a new cross bow during the season because the one he was using failed. My son and I discussed this situation and concluded we have spare rifles for firearm season and should have a spare bow for bow season. Something we can become familiar with in the off season and be ready to go in the event of a bow failure during the season. We decided on this Killer Instinct cross bow. We have taken it out and shot it several times to become familiar with it. Things I like about the bow are its speed, size and weight. Things I don't like as well are the trigger pull, amount of force required to cock it and the fact that you must put the safety on before you cock it or the string will not latch when you pull it back. This results in having to release it slowly back down. I believe the string should latch regardless of whether the safety is on or not, and automatically go into safety mode when the string is pulled back. These are little things to get used to.

Assembly of the unit wasn't hard, but just something else to have to do. This is the first cross bow I had to assemble before using and it did cause a little concern that I would assemble it properly. These things are powerful and could hurt you. But then again, I disassemble and assemble firearms all the time without hesitation - so it is all about familiarity.

Overall, I'm happy with the cross bow and think it is a fine back-up bow in case of an emergency. I was surprised to be able to get this speed (405 fps) at this price point.
