What could improve: it doesn't keep liquids hot, just pretty warm, even on hottest setting. I've resolved this somewhat by using a silicone mug cover - it helps keep the heat in.
Note: this warmer will not heat up cold liquids well - it will only keep already hot liquids warm

I am extremely happy. I work early in the mornings, the building I work in is COLD first thing, cement floor, etc... I bought this so I could enjoy my coffee in a timely fashion before it's frigid. It has Hot! Med, and warm settings. I've been using Med and it says at perfect drinking temp. It stays on for 4 hours before it automatically turns off. If you wanted it could be used as a candle warmer as well.

This is my first day using this warmer but it's great. The cup I'm using doesn't have a flat bottom (recommended) but it's still keeping my coffee warm.

This keeps my coffee warm & works great! Had to come back to see how to turn off after noticing it wasn't cooling down on blue setting. There is no turn off button, just 3 different temperatures, which is clearly noted in description but good to note if you live with children who may touch it when there is no mug & it's still hot.
I love this & have used it almost daily since receiving it as a gift. Works great & I'm interested to try it as a bottle warmer as well. Just definitely keeping away from fire hazards & kids.
