Essentially a mobile docking station at a great price

Mostly performs as expected. Have run this off a 20W, then a 65W USB C charger (after adding an external M.2). Performed well under all conditions, including slow charging my IdeaPad 3 Gaming even though it supposedly doesn't allow charging through this port. Only problem I have encountered is with the HDMI port, as once the computer enters sleep mode, it will no longer recognize devices connected in this way until everything has been shut down and restarted. This is not an issue with the built in HDMI. Also, since purchasing a new 4k fire tv, the HDMI ports on this device fail to recognize this tv at all, while the onboard HDMI is able to perform all functions.
Another interesting aspect of this docking station is that the USB 2.0 actually provide a substantial amount of power to connected devices in excess of the 2.0 standard. I have not checked the actual output of these ports, or data transfer rates, however I have been able to run a laptop cooling fan and other low to moderate power devices using these ports. While this is mostly a benefit, also be aware of potential unexpected problems this could cause. I actually left a much older external HDD plugged into this over night that I was clearing out to retire. After pulling most of the data, I accidentally left the power supply to this docking station on, which it turns out sent enough power to the HDD to keep it running despite it having an external power supply. Turns out this was enough wear and tear to burn out the drive... fixable but very inconvenient. So, just be aware of what you're dealing before you buy. For now I'm sticking with external drives that have a built-in on/off switch which circumvents any potential problems assuming I remember to shut them off. If I am able to fix the HDMI connectivity issue I will update.

In general, the product works. But it looks like you can't use all ports simultaneously.
For example, my cell phone charging through a USB C port stops working whenever I connect HardDrive to USB 3.1 port.
My setup:
I'm using it with Bi-Directional USB C Switch and LG 40WP95C-W monitor to have the ability to switch between my MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2019. The Dock is connected to the monitor through an extension cable.
Connected devices to the Dock:
- USB: Token
- USB: mouse

In any case, I will continue using the product till I find a better way to switch between my MacBooks.

Smooth connectivity with my monitors supporting multiple devices through one hub. Only thing though make sure you use USB TYPE C Port on your laptop or other device to connect, I tried to fool it using a type C to USB adapter which failed horribly. Thankfully with my new laptop as with all laptop these days there was type C connections which supported the hub usage.

I have a thinkpad x1 for which I bought this dock. I have connected 2 monitors and a wireless keyboard, a webcam. The hook up was very easy. I used HDMI inputs on the monitors to connect. After connecting the monitors, though my monitors support interlaced 60hz, when I changed the mode , the dock did not support it as the images started shaking. After changing it to non interlaced, it was fine. On 1080p , it supports 60hz. On 4k it supports only 30hz, which is not that great for gaming. If any one is looking for 4k -60hz - this may not be a model to buy. Other than that the dock is great. I have also hooked up speakers and mic which also work great. Am happy with the dock and will recommend it.

EDITED TO 5 STARS: I retract my review below; turns out the issue was not the product itself, but my laptop. I was told by my company's IT team it had been updated with all the latest drivers, but it turned out that wasn't correct. After updating the drivers and cleaning up some junk files, the docking station is working as perfectly as before. It does all I need it to do, which is why I give it 5 stars. I'm also giving it 5 stars because of the exceptional service I received from the seller/manufacturer, who offered me a full refund when I originally thought the product failed. No refund necessary now!
I got this docking station in late February and it has already stopped working. It's past the 30-day window so I can't return it. It was used to connect my work laptop to my personal home computer monitors, so I used this only on my WFH days which were Monday and Friday. That means it was used for only about 20 or so working days before it stopped. Very disappointing product.
