I work 4 jobs with a lot of stress that causes at least 7 days of sores in my mouth, causing muscle tension in my face & heahaches, especially around pms time. Been happening for 6 to 7 years. I bought this at the time that I had a persistent canker sore which I had for three weeks treating it with mouthwash and other kinds of ointments. After 3 days of taking this, it started to heal. I've been taking it for a month now and I've never had an occurrence of the pesky cankers. I usually get it weekly in this season. I sometimes forget or just take 2 a day instead of 3 and still is good. It's not overly big and still easy to swallow. Thank goodness I found this before the holidays and was able to enjoy the feasts. It's almost gone and time to replenish. The only caveat - its costly. But still cheaper than buying the supplements separately.

For whatever reason my mouth was going crazy with canker sores about two weeks before I found this supplement. I had a big one on the side of my mouth that was deep, painful as heck, and wasn't improving and three more spots threatening to erupt into full blown sores, too. It was painful all the time, so I was aware of it all day and the pain would get so bad it would wake me up every night. So at 2am I was getting up to use a soothing mouthwash so I could sleep. Miserable.

I got this supplement after reading good reviews and was hopeful it would work for me. Within 3 days, the big sore began healing and stopped hurting. Two of the tender spots were almost nonexistent after four days and at day five, NO pain! NO tender spots! And the main sore is almost completely healed over.

I am completely amazed that I got real relief and so quickly! I hope it works as well for everyone else because living with your mouth in full revolt is simply awful.

My hopes were low because I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of my reoccurring mouth sores and nothing has worked, but I purchased this when I was getting especially desperate. I have been to countless doctors who give me creams and rinses, but nothing has worked. Over the summer I had the sores so bad that I lost weight and would cry every time I had to drink a smoothie to get some food. It was miserable and I tried everything I could find on the internet: essential oils, probiotics, dozens of rinses, EVERYTHING. Nothing worked and they eventually healed, but I was miserable for months.
Let me tell you, I would have given anything to find this product sooner. I had three huge sores at one time when I started taking these supplements and they are now closed a little over a week later! This product is a little pricey, but I will continue to take this supplement as long as it works. Also, I was a little worried because one of the side effects is nausea and I have an especially weak stomach when it comes to medicine, but it didn't upset my stomach at all. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
