Just got a new house and it gets really dark. There's not a lot of windows, so I needed something to keep me from stepping on my cat on the way to the bathroom at night and these work well. They are simple and don't look like much so it's a nice subtle light source where I need it. They're a little thicker than I thought that'd be so they stand out a bit from the wall, but they do what they're supposed to
