I received my turbine in good condition and was a little shocked that I needed to assemble it and then more shocked that NO instructions were included, as of writing this review I have yet to find any source with the instructions, I emailed them thru Amazon and they were very prompt with a reply and was able to download the instructions, assembly took maybe 3 hours but it works very well and I am very happy with my purchase
