Excellent laminator!

I invested in a laminator because my son started preschool this year and I wanted to protect some of his school assignments/projects. I'm very pleased with selecting this specific one versus all the others. Each individual item included with the machine came in it's own plastic wrap. The machine was surprisingly very light weight. For some reason I expected it to be much heavier. The output tray attachment is not sturdy as it doesn't attach on tightly, but I'm not too bothered by it. It heats up and laminates quickly. The best part is that there is barely any noise while running the machine. I also love that the blue light up modes differentiate between it preheating and ready for use. The paper cutter is also light weight, which makes cutting a little difficult as it easily lifts off the table, but it also isn't too bothersome for me as I've found ways to use it without it being a problem. The item being laminate also cools down very quickly, to my surprise. I'm still trying to get use to using the rounded corner trimmer. This is highly recommended!

I order 2 but one was a replacement. The first one that I received was used, and dirty - this was a concern due to COVID-19. I immediately requested a new one and returned the used one in which I received. I immediately contacted the seller and received a response shortly thereafter. I received an apology and explanation but I still wasn't pleased as this was an inconvenience for me to have to return the used laminator. After a few emails, the issue was resolved and all is well. I must say that the laminator seems to be made well. It's extremely quiet, it doesn't get too hot while in use and it laminates fairly quickly. It's also extremely easy to use and heats up quickly. I've only used it twice but I would recommend it.

Love this laminator! It did a great job of laminating the various projects I had (3 busy books of 20+ pages) so far, and the occasional random things I want to laminate. It does take a few minutes to heat up and a page takes about 45 seconds (give or take....I wasn't actually keeping time) to complete (from what I've read, that's about normal for most laminators). You do have to sit there and wait for each page to complete, but can be done while multi-tasking (usually I'm doing work on the computer nearby, cutting shapes that I'm planning on laminating, or watching a movie), so I can't say I mind how long it takes me in the end. It's easy to use, and what you see and read is what you get. Price for the product is great, and it seems to be good quality (if I change my mind/opinion on that, I'll update the review). To be honest, this was my second pick due to the price as I only planned on using this casually. I originally picked a Scott's laminator (can't remember which model but it was 13" and white), but that one didn't even turn on when I took it out of the box and I had to return it. Needless to say, after I purchased this one, I was very relieved that it turned on and that I managed to finish my "to laminate" list. I have absolutely no regrets with this purchase.
