Similar to other reviewers, my tracker worked well but only lasted about 8 months before the band attachment tab broke off inside the band. After checking the warranty, contacted customer service and received extremely fast response offering to send a replacement right away. They provided complete and up to date tracking status and, just as promised, I received a free brand new replacement tracker in only a few days! Very impressed!

The instructions were, for me, difficult to follow. It was like they had been translated from a different language and much was lost in translation. It turns out charging, attaching the bands and pairing with the app was much simpler than the instructions led me to believe. Now that everything is working love the device, especially for the price.
My only issue is with sleep tracking. At first it seemed to work as intended, but lately only shows sleep data for a single day (i.e. if I sleep from 10pm - 6am the app might only show 1am - 6am).

I dunno what y'all are doing to your devices, but I work in the automotive field, and let me tell you, I've put this tracker through hell and back, and the damned thing keeps kicking strong, no issues over a year later. It's scratched up, often doused in oil, brake clean, exposed to both high and low temperatures, gets dropped to the floor, and it still functions correctly.
Lasted 9 months but company replaced quickly!

I have enjoyed this tracker to see how much I walk daily. I bought different colored bands to coordinate with my outfits. I will try to file a replacement claim as these are to have a 1 year warranty. The part that goes in to the charger on the watch broke and it won't connect to charge. Getting through Amazon to get to seller is next to impossible! UPDATE: I got through the Amazon assistant to connect me with the company, who promptly let me send info to ZUZURU. Sarah in 1 day was able to get a new one sent. I love this watch as i have had other brands but this one works best for me. As a busy RN I like seeing my steps daily. Thank you, Sarah & ZUZURU!
