Very well made product and affordable

The media could not be loaded. Install was not easy the first time but I had a friend that stood on my roof to do it.... the second time I got on the roof and cracked my sunroof... the third time I unzipped it completely and loaded it from the ground and that worked the best.... It was very difficult to zip from the ground but if you don't over load it you can do it easy. We had 2 adults and 4 kids in my pilot so all our luggage had to go up top or we wouldn't have made it. When we arrived to the beach I forgot it was up there ran into the garage door... popped the strap... this trip was insane from the beginning... on the way home I strapped it through the car on the backseat side and used the window frame hooks on the front and this worked fine besides the kids messing with it... then we ran into tornados and just decided to stop and stay in Atlanta for the night so it got moved to the inside of the car for the night and then back up in the morning... I was pouring sweat but I did it alone and from the ground this last time. This was the hardest zip bc I overpacked one edge and I couldn't get a good leverage point to zip the front... the sunroof was already cracked and I was on edge so I was over it but damnit if it didn't work out perfect I moved something slightly and zipped right up ðŸ'„ strapped it down and it didn't even move... that last one was the easiest but I had already done all the damage in the first 2 uses 😒 I also was able to tighten the straps more than the first two times. The video is the first trip bc I was afraid it would be sliding or flapping in the wind we had another 5 friends in another car. For the record it didn't look like that one pictures loaded ever... the mat slipped back some but not enough to move the bag.

Lasted on a 2,000 mile road-trip without any rips or tears! All things inside stayed secure & dry (even thru a blizzard on late January with -7°f Temps & raging winds going thru Jackson Wyoming.

Stop every so often to check the straps, and make sure things haven't shifted too much & it should be good!

We used this on a vehicle with no roof racks. The instructions were very vague and made the first time putting it together difficult until we figured it out the straps then it was super quick and easy. My husband can install and pack it on top of the car by himself. It is soooo roomie it held luggage for 4 people and has so much room left. Our first installed we had the bag unpause down and backwards so look out for that during the install. Road through mountains, rain, wind and high speeds on the interstate and it remained secure the whole time. Items inside remained dry and no damage. Made our 10 hour strip so much easier and more comfortable.

Installed on a Subaru Impreza Sport 2016 for a "loaded" trip of 1000+miles.
Had to tighten straps once, contents remained dry even at highway speeds in moderate rain.
The unit sits on an anti-skid pad of sorts to prevent slipping off the car, it scooted back or the bagged moved? at some point but still functioned properly. The unit is not rigid (pictures show a box like structure)
The unit is more like a canoe-adventure dry bag. Worked well for the money, easy to install and remove, did not damage the car.
