This bag was perfect for a route 66 cross-country trip with my partner and 3 large dogs. Really weatherproof! It handled snow, heavy rain, high winds, and blazing sun beating down on it like a champ. Seams are all well sown and reinforced, once packed it didn't budge, no tears at straps either. We packed it with 3 duffel bags, 30# dog food, 60# of tools, and whatever other odds and ends we picked up along the way without issue or rain getting in. Non-slip pad was a great inclusion.
