The RL rechargeable C20 hearing aids came nicely packaged with all accessories needed. It's nice to drop these aids into the charger at bed time and have them ready to go the next morning. The charge lasts at least 15 hours for me. I have moderate hearing loss and have a pair of $3000 BTE(Behind the Ear) hearing aids I purchased about five years ago which I never wore too much. I wish I could have purchased these RL's then. I think the sound quality on the RL's is just as good if not better than the expensive aids. I like the in the ear style of these so much better tan the BTE style too, especially in these times of mask wearing. They are hardly noticeable to other people and are very comfortable. I have been wearing these for 15 hours a day for the last week with no problems. They are good for conversation and for listening to TV without having to turn up the volume so much which my wife really appreciates. They seem not to amplify background noise so much which is good because there doesn't seem to be as much interference with the voices of those you are conversing with. I was afraid since these do not have a program selection function they might not be optimal for me but the sound quality is very good . I cannot vouch for the durability of the product since I've only had them for a week but so far I am very satisfied. Great value for the money!

This is the first day (1 DEC 21) I began wearing Neosonic hearing devices "” the first day of EVER wearing such devices "” & they're the bees knees! Sound quality is superb; not brassy as some have commented on other manufacturers' models. It's crystal clear! The volume adjustment came to me set at mid-range, & I had to turn it down to its minimum setting "” they're that sensitive!

The devices, charger, charging cord & other accessories were professionally packaged, & an attractive, protective, carrying case was included. The owner's manual is well-illustrated & instructions are easily followed.

I was initially impressed with what Amazon's listing provided (I usually am), but I'm doubly, no, triple-impressed with everything I've received from Neosonic as well as the superb & timely notification Amazon gives every step of the ordering, shipping & delivery process.

I was surprised to discover I had to install the small sized bell-shaped ear domes. My height is right at six feet, so I anticipated the mid-range size would be ideal. Nevertheless, maybe since I've not worn such devices, my ear canals will stretch a little, eh?

All this for $150. I'm thankful I disassociated myself from a hearing service connected with my health insurance. From the beginning, they were telling me $75 for this, $300 for that & their hearing devices all ranged from just under a thousand to several thousands of dollars. In addition, BBB reviews of their follow-up service were pretty bad.

Stick with Neosonic is my recommendation. I believe you'll be very pleased with their product & service.

I have bought several hearing aids on Amazon from $25.00 up to my best and everyday ones at $300.00/each which I think are great but they are the over the ear kind. With all the mask wearing now they are impossible to wear. So I figured I would look for an inexpensive pair that go into the ear canal until the mask wearing ended. I like the idea of the rechargeable kind because I wear my over the ear ones in the house where we are most of the time now anyway. I bought one rechargeable pair but they were so big and obvious and because they were white they looked like WiFi ear buds. Then I saw these on Amazon so I figured what have I got to loose so I ordered them. I 1st tried them with the bud that came with them but the antenna to remove them was too far in my ear to pull it out so after trying a couple more I found the right fit. After wearing these for a few days I wear them all the time now. I have never owned the hearing aids that cost over $2000.00 which I think is the biggest Senior rip off out there but these are all I need. I have read articles that the most expensive hearing aids made cost no more than $150.00 to make and the average about $75.00. The only complaint I might have is the on/off switch is very small but after a couple of days I got used to that and I kept the volume at what it was out of the box so I have no input about adjusting the volume. GO FOR IT!!

I have now used these for 3 months. I wear them everyday morning till night. I have used them in many environments such as reasturants and even casinos with no problem with background noise. I plan on using them for many years. One more thing is I feel it is important that they are designed for left and right so they fit the ear canal correctly. DON'T HESITATE TO TRY THESE!

I purchased this hearing aid for my boss, who is 90yrs old and still going strong. We have tried many different hearing aids sold here on Amazon and other sites and this one seems to be the best all around. His exact words were "it does exactly what it says it will do".
They are comfortable and fit snug in the ear, and doesn't feel as if it is going to fall out like others. The beige color is a big plus as far as it not being seen, compared to the white ones. Unless your skin color is ultra white it will stand out, this was an important factor to him.
Making adjustments to the volume, super easy with the provided tool. The sound is excellent. For example when he uses his table saw he would have to remove the hearing aid because of the harsh sound but with this hearing aid he does not have to remove them and is able to hear anyone that speaks to him while the saw is running.
No issues with the charging, which was an issue with the majority of the other hearing aids we tried. The problem that one hearing aid would not hold a charge as long as the other one so one side would turn off before the end of the day.
I would definitely recommend this hearing aid. The price is right and if that is a factor in your purchase I would stronly advise to stay away from any of the products under $100. Don't even waste your time. I started at the $49 price models and spent a little more each time we tried another. Seven models later we found this one. I'm sure other models that cost more are as good as this one but why pay more?

Not only was the price excellant, they work extremely well. I was watching TV with the volume at 36. I was driving everyone in my house bonkers! Once I recceived these it was like magic, I could not believe how much I was missing with just my family alone. Never mind going out with friends. Now I watch TV with the volume at 19!! It is wonderfull and there is no background noise and my Tinutis is no longer an issue.
These are easy to use, they are marked left and right ear. I have had them for a week or two and now I don't even know they are in. I would reccomend these to anyone looking for improvememt.
