I purchased the LT3 version and love it. The movement is very smooth and completely quiet. I really have to applaud the company for the excellent assembly instructions. The package came with printed instructions and also access to well done videos clips showing each step. The truly brilliant addition was packaging the screws, etc. in separate, labeled bags for each step. The parts all fit together well and assembly was easy.

I've been used to using a Nustep but its cost made it too expensive for my home use. This is similar as far as my movement goes and very affordable. Very easy to put together using the detailed instructions.

I am a 5'1"(almost) female and over 60. When the box arrived I was very intimidated by the size and weight...it was HUGE! I contacted family members to come on the weekend to unpack and assemble it for me. However....I couldn't wait!! I decided to unpack it so that it would be easier/quicker for my family to assemble. Here I must say, the packing was amazing, very well done and it's a good thing because the UPS guy, that delivered it, had his dolly stolen (his words) the night before. So, Mr. UPS "rolled"( end over end) this 100#(+) box all the way from the street to my front door.😳 Anyhow, because of the carefull packaging, all was intact. After I finished unpacking, I decided to "start" assembling it.....long story short, I finished it!! It took me about 4 hours but i did it all by myself. The instructions are very clearly written and the parts are labeled. I am very happy with my purchase and have been enjoying it for the past 2 months as part of my daily exercise routine.

This machine is sturdy and fairly simple to assemble although a bit time consuming. It took me 2 hours but I did it by myself. Pedals are smooth and there is no rocking. The seat and seat back are thick and fairly comfortable. Certainly better than hard metal seats I've seen on other brands. The drawback is handle placement, there should be more options for adjustments. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

I have been wanting to purchase a machine like this for quite a few years now. It strongly resembles the one that I use at physical therapy. I do sit up higher than the one at physical therapy. But once you get the seat adjusted and the arms adjusted, it's very similar to being in physical therapy. I like what one reviewer said; that he watches TV and before he knows it, he has put in a 30 minute workout.
