I've had a garlic press from Pampered Chef for eons. It is a great press, but a BUTT to clean. I saw this one at moment when my aggravation had reached epic levels of annoyed. The first time I used it, I felt a jolt of joy shoot through my body that can only be described as having a religious experience.
It glides through really big cloves and even multiple cloves with ease. I didn't even have to squeeze it like it stole from me--very little pressure was needed. And the cleaning? Easier than pulling the cloves off the bulb.
I highly recommend this garlic press. In fact, I also own the scraper/spatulas this company offers and they are also on my go-to utensil list. I tossed my Pampered Chef garlic press and spatulas in the trash. I have a new favorite. Thank you Vovoly!
