My husbands 'new to him' office has some really old commercial grade carpet and it looked really bad to me but it wasn't in the company budget to replace it. I purchased this runner to at least put in front of the door so when people enter the office they see a new rug instead of wore out carpet. My husband liked it so well he wanted another one to cover main area of the office. Then he liked that so well that we ended up order a 3rd on for our house.
