Love this piece, it's just very difficult for it to stay on. If you get it to stay on it's hard for baby to reach. It's very adorable though, the bird actually chirps off you shake it, and the elephant plays music; my daughter loved those two pieces

Super cute car seat toy. Very well made and has a bunch of fun sensory things. My only complaint is that our carseat handle is skinny and tall. It's kind of hard for our baby to reach this toy in the carseat. We use it for tummy time and some other things but I wish the hanging toys were a bit longer so that he could reach them in the carseat. We ended up hanging it from the tail but he pulls it down. Maybe we should have checked the dimensions of this toy vs our carseat before buying.
