Not many toys are meant for newborns, but this one is great with its high contrast colors and it's ability to fit on our carseat. My biggest complaint would be that there is no wire inside the top of the toy to keep it in place on our carsear. I would even settle for some rubber backing to help keep it in place! Still very cute!

Just as described. This does not have a wire inside where you can wrap it around something and it'll stay. It comes with two velcro strips that you have to attach around it at the ends to where ever you put it on.
