no instructions but they have a video on youtube step by step how to build it(way more convenient) got it built in 20 minutes. heavy duty! it leans back all the way at a laying down position . it can be used to do lash extension and to give facials! also the neck part of the chair comes off so its pretty ideal for haircut etc too. Love it !!
