so far i love this product this is week two ive been using this and i noticed it helps me gain energy i take it 3 times a day ive already lost 4 pounds in the morning i would take this with green tea and it helps me stay motivated thru the day as i do my morning walks along with my waiste trainer it helps me sweat ALOt & fast ive never sweat like this before but it makes me feel like its doing what it needs to i dont see any results yet with my waist gonna give it some more time and come back with more information
