First time using it, it was difficult and hard to figure out.

The instructions for use was not very clear to me. But once I got it figured out, my sister who has not walked in 14 years, loved it. She said that she felt like a bird and could fly away. She only took a few shuffle steps, due to her having drop foot, but she was so excited to be vertical and to actually simulate walking. She was excited to have her feet on the floor and put one in front of the other. It made her day. We will keep using.

I purchased this in addition to a hoyer lift for my grandmother who had a stroke. She was sent home early from the rehab hospital and was unable to stand or walk on her own. This has made that possible. I recommend this for anyone who has questions as to if it is worth it.

Once we finally figured out how to put the sling on properly, the actual lift itself wouldn't go high enough to lift my son into a standing position. I had to return it because of that and I think I got a size too big for my son.

I saw alibaba has these for 13 bucks and I paid 65 here...but I was desperate. I set up my own rehab in my garage as both of my legs had knees blowout at the same time. After three months in bed I use this sling to walk on a treadmill to build up strength. It works well for me but is hard to take in the crotch area. The sew the slings at the wrong angle and this device could be greatly improved to hurt the crotch less with a simple change to the design. But oh well, I am walking again thanks to this device so I wont complain too much.
