I did read through a few of the reviews prior to purchasing and decided to buy it anyway. I'm so glad I did! My 3 year old literally cried she was so happy about getting her piggy. She has played with it every single day since Christmas which is almost 2 weeks now. There hasn't been any toy that's kept her attention that long! I did tell her multiple times that other kids have had their skin pinched so be careful and she has yet to be pinched or hurt by it. Yes it was dirty when it arrived but I just wiped it off with a damp napkin and that's what I do when it does start to show a little dirt. Parts of the paint are also wearing off but it's a $20 pig.. I didn't expect it to be indestructible. It's such a cute pig and we just love how squishy the ears and tail are and all of its cute sounds! It walks really well on hard surfaces too. I would definitely buy this again if for some reason it stops working. (Piggy does come with batteries so it's ready to play out of the box).

This is my daughters favorite gift. And when she showed her aunts and grandmother, they all wanted one too lol my only issue is that when it came time to change the batteries, the screws need to be stripped, which was disappointing because obviously we hadn't ever opened it. Cheaper than the same toy at Walmart and target.
