I haven't had this treadmill very long but so far am very pleased with it. When I write reviews, I do updates if anything changes from my original thoughts.

Pros:
Comes fully assembled so you don't have to do anything to get going. This treadmill is very light and easily moved from space to space. Its narrow enough to be able to slide under most beds if needing to save space. The foldability of the handrail is a great feature. You can have it down while using the treadmill if you choose or have it up how I like to have it. It is very easy to fold up and down. The motor on the treadmill if very low sounding so easy to watch a show or listen to music while on the treadmill. Love that the controls are on the handrail as well as having a remote to be able to use for controls.

Cons:
The treadmill gradually slows down when you push pause or stop and usually it will be a very seamless stop. A few times after it slows way down it will still stop with a bit of a jolt. That is one reason I keep the handrail up at all times or like to have something close by to be stabilizing me. I usually walk at a 3.0-3.4 pace. The treadmill will slow down great to the low .2-.4 range but then that is where the jolt might happen. It is not too bad but definitely something to be cautious of. The only other con is more a preference but the stand on the handrail for a phone is a little small. I have an Iphone 11 but if my phone was larger or if I want to have my ipad it will not hold. But again, that's more a preference.

I chose this unit based on the good reviews. Needed something that I can easily move it around and close enough to my stand-up desk.
The unit arrived on time and was extremely easy to set up "“ "No setup required, as it only needs to be taken out from the box and connect the power cord." It does have wheels in the front, so it is easier to move around and a handle that has STOP button on it.
Hmm "“ How do I turn this on? - The remote control seems to be the only way to operate this unit. I am afraid if I lose the remote how do I operate this unit? Wish it had an app so that I do not have to worry about the remote and also the data gets integrated in the app.
It does have a good display at bottom front which shows the calories burn (do not know if that is accurate when compared to iWatch calories burn data), Mileage walk/jog and time.
The instructions are not very clear asking to oil the treadmill when you first use it and then after a certain amount of use.
The speed does not go above 3.8, so you are planning to jog or run it is not going to help. For me it's speed waking at 3.8. Yes, it is quieter than other walking pad I use to own.
I have been using this for two weeks now and so far, no complaints.
Overall, I believe it's worth it and hoping to last at least couple of years!!

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This treadmill has exceeded my expectations in every way.

After researching back and forth for ages, and probably overthinking it all, I pulled the trigger. I am extremely happy with this purchase and think it is a great value for the price. Some of the deciding factors for me was the larger size of the motor and the claim of higher weight capacity even though I don't need the higher weight. This treadmill is definitely quiet when walking so it works great if you are watching TV or talking on the phone. It doesn't seem to stand independently but can be folded up against something like the wall or a bookcase. My only slightly negative critique is that it's maneuverability on the wheels is a little unstable but it works. You can't go wrong with this treadmill for basic walking. I can't speak to running on it. (I suggest avoiding the other one under the description that is less expensive and says it's a "newer model" because the description is totally different.)
