Overall the product looks great and motor is very quiet compared to my other treadmill machines. The only issue that needs to be improved is the locking/unlocking system. The customer service responded my note very fast and resolved my request instantly. I do hope my feedback to customer service will help them to improve their product. Without that small issue I mentioned above, it's the best product I never had.
