I'm 6'1. I weigh 290 lb. This thing handles me fine. I really just bought it for the steps and exercise. It comes with some kind of software that I feel is a little bit pushy. And wants you to subscribe I believe and then you compete against other people and win money back depending on your distance and participation. I just got it so I can get some steps and exercise and for that it works great. You don't have to use the software. Note as others have that it rotates between your time distance calories and speed. When you're done it does not keep those stats rotating so you can see how much time you spent on it or how far you've walked. I use a Fitbit so that's not a problem. Very handy if you just want to get 5 minutes after you eat or a 30 minute walk-in. I found it fairly comfortable despite my size. So far working for fantastic. Was well packaged. It went together very easily and includes the tools. So for on sale for 250 bucks it's hard to be. It does what you want and it's very simple and that's all we need. Get our steps. A+

I got this treadmill since I wanted something smaller for my living room so I can watch tv while I use it. I didn't want to constantly close and store it when I use it daily and my big one was just too much to leave up all the time.

It works just okay. It says it's rated for 300 lbs but I am a 210lb male and it can not handle me running at all, it starts skipping immediately. Even at a slight jog. So I stick to walking which is fine, however by mile 2 it starts to overheat and smells like burning electronics. If I keep it a mile or less and well lubed it's fine, but anything longer and it just can't handle it.

On the positive side it was fairly cheap and it is pretty small. It was also easy to assemble. However, it looks like it's easy to fold and store but it's really not since you need the star wrench that comes with it to loosen the bolts to lower it down. A 2$ piece with a puller on it would have accomplished the same thing as a bolt but added so much ease to collapsing it.

If you aren't a small woman, I would highly recommend you get a better built treadmill, especially if you want to run.

UPDATE: the company reached out to me and offered to replace my treadmill since it wasn't working as intended. The customer service was excellent. Polite and extremely helpful. The support and service was so good I am changing this to a 5 star review even though I did experience some issues with it, because they will make it right and that's more than you can expect from most companies these days. Would absolutely buy from them again.

UPDATE: the company sent me a new treadmill and it works perfectly. There are no more skips, I can run on it or do long walks with no issues. Top notch customer service and the new machine works great. Turns out I just got a faulty one, and it was replaced free of charge with no hassle what-so-ever. Great company.

I have had my treadmill for 2 days I have worked out for 2 days and I watch tv while working out I have a small bedroom with two large parrot cages so I needed something small works great and is quite and the perfect size for me. I am 5'1 and 153 pounds I love the handles just the right height. I have a question I'm confused when to add the oil I read instructions but it's not very helpful I know where to add it in the little hole up front but it also says to lift up the tread and feel under it but I don't feel any oil so I will call the customer service department tomorrow. Only complaint the cord is short. But I give it a 5 star too me since Jan to save for it and find the right one I'm anxious to loose 40:pounds before my 69th BD in DEC!

I did have skipping when I assembled the product, I do weigh 260 lbs. I have since tightened the belt and oiled a bunch and it runs without skipping. Good daily workout, 60 minutes 4.5 miles. Would recommend for beginning treadmill but be needs to be kinda finagled with.

Hi! I researched for 2 years on treadmills under $350 that could sustain 300 pounds. I purchased this treadmill in June and it quickly arrived on June 25th. I'm 5'2 and weighed 269 pounds (down 11 pounds so far!).

^The machine holds my weight very well.
^The instructions aren't great but just use your brain and it's easy to figure out.
^I'm a single female and live alone and was able to put it together no problem! It's not that heavy and has wheels!
^I live in a 555 sq foot apartment and it fits great!
^You can adjust the speed by holding the + and - signs.
^There's space for a book/phone/iPad and water bottle.

Cons:
*There isn't an incline adjustment.
*It is loud for a few seconds when you plug it in. Otherwise, it's pretty quiet for a machine.
*My wifi isn't compatible with the app but I'm okay with that. I just want to walk. :-)
*The belt or machine has been making a slight squeak sound the last week or two. I walk with my AirPods in so I don't mind.

All in all, a very good treadmill so far!

I'll update more when I have had it longer.
