Got this for my mom to use in the house. Works great and slides on the wood floors great. She move a lot faster with it and now that there is no clinking from the cane, I don't know when she's on the move - sneaking up on me more :-)
There was a little piece missing (anker screw) for the handle. Fortunately that did not keep mom from using it. I contacted the seller and they quickly contacted me to figure out the part and got it shipped right away. Within 2 days they were shipping the missing part. Got it quickly and all is well now.

This upright walker is very sturdy built, easy to assemble, and comfortable to walk with.
However, folded it still takes up the entire trunk of my car. At 15 Ibs., it is still kind of heavy and awkward
to put in and out of a trunk for someone with disabilities who would need a walker in the first place.
It is worth the price which is reasonable. Mine came with a seat. The seat would be nice, but also adds to the weight and prevents it from folding down and fitting into the car trunk.
