My initial problems were due to user error. I used too much soap on the first few loads which caused leaking. The company's customer service was quick to reply and help. I learned that you only need 1 tablespoon of detergent!
I'm 6 loads in and it's working great now! Wash times are long but that's not a problem for me personally.

Update on review...The company sent a new unit out and it is working fine. NO problems. I would have rated the unit a 5 but there is some squeaking while operating. Hopefully this will go away once everything is seated. I would recommend this combo.

The media could not be loaded. The price ($979.00) was what I could afford at the time I needed a new washer & dryer, so after reading some reviews I decided to give it a try. It was delivered directly to my garage right outside my laundry room so that made it easier for my son to bring it in. We put it on my washer stand from my old front-loader unit so it worked out well. The spin cycle is 1200 rpm (which is crazy fast). Be sure it's not over filled because then it takes forever to dry. The water needs to be emptied out of the coin catcher after each load of wash (it usually leaks a bit and runs under the unit) so I just keep an Armorall towel near the trap. It's where the lint comes out & I'm hoping to really find coins in there some day. No such luck yet 🤣. I do recommend this unit because it is working out well for me.
