Did my home work on how this type of machine works. They have have used it in Europe and Switzerland. The science is great. This set my mind

at ease about trying it. It is not a large washing machine. Maybe for a small family. It works great if you follow directions and not overload it. The two things I like it's ventless and I can start a load go do a project come back and it's clean and dry. Thanks

I know these units get a bad rap, but I love mine. Been using it for a few weeks and really impressed. It does a great job of cleaning clothes / towels / sheets but you get to skip the step of moving everything over to the dryer. Average wash and dry time is about 2/2.5 hours. Perfect size for my small cottage and really does the job.

Although I have just received my washer/dryer combo, I had gotten one in my home a couple of years ago in my other home in a different state. I loved it then, and barring any mechanical trouble created during shipping, I will love this one as well. The read outs can be a little intimidating at first but the manual is well written and ultra explanatory. The machine cleans beautifully, you can use the washer independent of the dryer and vice versa. There are steaming options heavy soil, light soil options. It's worth every penny and quite frankly, better than any plain washing machine I've ever used. The compact design is excellent, though it isn't a huge drum and as with any washer, you shouldn't jam pack the drum too tightly. It does run on 110v and can use additional power to operate but it doesn't need to be vented, can fit quite nicely into tight spaces and really gets your clothes clean with a minimum of detergent and water. Worth it. Worth it. Worth it.

Disregarding my previous comment after removing the bolts from the back the shaking has stopped and works great now dry cycle still a little loud but shaking and moving everywhere has completely stopped those bolts make the difference and leveling was unaware of having to remove the 4 bolts and rubber gaskets from the back
