I love this machine. I love that you only have to use one machine for washing and drying. It takes about 1 hour and 30 mins to 2 hours to do a load. I can go grocery shopping or get my nails done and when I return home they are ready to be folded. It is a smart machine so you can program from your phone if you need more time, or you can set the wrinkle free choice and it will tumble your clothes till you get home. I love that you can put an entire bottle of detergent in it and not have to worry about putting it in every time. I love the different wash options. You will not be disappointed in this product, if you are then you are doing something wrong.

I absolutely love this machine. It was easy to install and it's perfect for a busy mom such as myself. It's so easy to use I've started making my kids wash their own clothes. I don't have to worry about them using too much detergent/fabric softener or nothing. I'm debating if I should purchase another one.

"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." Well, not quite magic, but reasonably close. Clothes go in dirty and come out clean and ready to fold in a couple of hours. "Delayed Start" gives you scheduling options. Suggest "Wrinkle Care" even for non-permanent press items unless you're in love with your iron. There is a "Dewrinkle" function if you forget (voice of experience!) that works well. Countdown and finish alert on the smartphone app. Was a little concerned about capacity, but washed and dried a queen-size winter-weight comforter. Came out nice and clean with no issues.
Installation is easy once you get it in place. If you self-install, a couple of strong individuals are recommended along with an appliance dolly to get it into position - this thing is 300+ lbs.
