This isn't the best priced mushroom anchor, but it is nice. I use it for a 10.5' kayak and it holds with zero issues. The rope and buoy are only 25' or so, so be aware that you may need to add rope and that the bouy will be useless in water deeper than that. 25' of line gets you anchored 12-15" deep water at best.
Great anchor for kayak

I purchased the anchor for my 12' kayak and it works very well. The bag is holding up as well.
Overall a good anchor for light use

Bought this anchor for use on the river for our kayaks & floatables. Anchor has worked great, BUT don't use the knot that ties the rope onto the anchor. The knot it comes with is weak and you would stand a good chance of losing your anchor when trying pulling on it. We instead used a Trace-eight knot (frequently used in rock-climbing.) But the biggest bummer is that the storage bag is already ripping after a month of minimal use.
