A Great Value for a Quality Oil!

This is my go-to oil for cooking. The burn point is extremely high - I used to deal with smoke when cooking burgers on the stove, but since switching to this oil I haven't had any smoke issues when cooking. The flavor is mild and works for any recipe I have tried it with - even frying! It seems to be a healthier alternative to other oils as well, which is a plus. I hope Amazon continues to offer this as it is a much better value than what is offered at my local grocery store, and the flavor/profile is perfect for my needs.

Olive oil always has that weird taste to me. Like if you use it in brownie batter instead if vegetable oil or butter it has a weird taste. This stuff is like liquid gold. I can't get enough. Feels healthier than stacking on butter and I use it to fry eggs, in dressings, in sauces, and as a sub for oils and things in baked goods and recipies. No weird taste or texture and doesnt smoke easily either

I use it for sauteing mixed in with olive oil or butter, or just on its own. I do prefer other brands for flavor, but for the price I think this is fine. I don't know it's sort of reminds me of grapeseed oil that is mild.
I used it to make mayonnaise also and it came out great! I think for the price you cannot go wrong. Yes it is plastic, decant it to look fancy? I have nothing negative to say. I think you could use it in place of soybean oil -which I do not use, or a grape seed oil for salad. Extremely neutral. I say solid value! Works for me.
