Beautiful color, rich taste, high in polyphenols. I had read that Moroccan XVOO was one of the really good xvoo for health reasons. There are plenty of olive oils that are good for you. This one is my favorite, (right now😉). It doesn't come in glass which is supposed to be better for the oil so when I get it I transfer to a glass container.
