Grandma liked this hearing device. She hears pretty well with it. The strong cord is a nice feature. The fact that is rechargeable is an awesome feature. It's very easy yo use. The only thing that we didn't love is that when it slips out of the ear, it makes a high pitch noise, grandma is not bothered by it, but we all notice when she's not wearing it properly. I suppose it works as a way of letting the person know that it's not right in place. Anyway, she really liked it, and we're happy if she's happy.
My last one I ordered in Nov.2022 guit working last week I ordered a new hope it last longer
